Art Show Dates for the 2025 Season: - 4/18-19 - 5/30-31 - 6/27-28 - 7/18-19 - 8/29-30 - 9/19/20 - 10/10-11 - 11/14-15

Welcome to our 2025 Art Show Season! We are excited and looking forward to seeing

you at the shows! We are working on some new marketing ideas to make it our greatest season yet!

Please Remember that this is a church facility, so we ask that you:

Be careful of language and conversations.

Appropriate Dress is required.

Art should not be offensive.

Fall art is fine but please no halloween.

No smoking or vaping in building ([preferred not on premises)

Setup is Thursday night or Friday Morning. Please honor the windows established.

Artists should be on-site and ready for sales 15 min before show starts.

Breakdown begins at 3PM unless announced earlier.

Refunds for cancellation will be handled on a case by case basis.

If you haven't been with us before:

Wifi is available within the facility and we are air-conditioned as well.

We see this show as a family so please respect the other artists around you.

ART SHOW REGISTRATION

Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

The booth fee for the 2 Day event is $35.00 if registering more than 7 days before the event.

The booth fee is $40.00 if registering within 7 days of the event.

The booth fees go to community outreach and providing wifi in the facility.
